how do i arrange my multimedia files(mainly audio song)

all os love 2 listen 2 song n im a crazy song freak!!!!!!!
my only problem im not that in to western songs.....so if u come 2 me n ask bout any singer,mainly western singer..
u will c a lost guy face......i love 2 hear hindi n tamil songs(since imexposed 2 thatsince im a kid).i dont hv any specific way 2 keep my song,so i arrange my songs by genre,sometimes by the music type,i will hv folders like fast beat song,feelin songs,emotional songs n etc......but i also arrange my song by singer n composer for only 1 persons song,that is THE GREAT LIVING LEGENG,THE 1 N ONLY A.R.RAHMAN......I WOULD DIE IF I GET LOST OF HIS SONG....
IM A GREAT FANATIC FAN OF HIM,THEREFORE MY SONG FOLDER WILL B DIVIDED 2 PART..

IS IT GOOD OR BAD FOR US?

Information Technology has made a major impact on our life’s. In everyday life, there is a small role of Information Technology in it. For example, from our communication to our leisure time there is a small role of IT in it. Information technology has been famous in our daily lives ever since the beginning of year 2000. IT has many advantages and disadvantages. For our group, we would like to discuss on both this issues.

Probably the best advantage of information technology is the creation of new and interesting jobs. Computer programmers, Systems analyzers, Hardware and Software developers and Web designers are just some of the many new employment opportunities created with the help of IT.

With the help of information technology, communication has also become cheaper, quicker, and more efficient. We can now communicate with anyone around the globe by simply text messaging them or sending them an email for an almost instantaneous response. The internet has also opened up face to face direct communication from different parts of the world thanks to the helps of video conferencing. One of the famous program which is used for video conferencing is Skype. Ihis software has been famous among youngsters that study abroad who wish to communicate with their contemporary and family members from any part of the world.

IT has made it possible for businesses to be open 24 x7 all over the world. This means that a business can be open anytime anywhere, making purchases from different countries easier and more convenient. It also means that you can have your goods delivered right to your doorstep with having to move a single muscle.

Besides the advantages that IT has, it also comes with many disadvantages. Though information technology has made communication easier and more convenient, it also left a bad site of it. . From cell phone signal interceptions to email hacking, people are now worried about their once private information becoming public knowledge. While information technology may have made the world a global village, it has also contributed to one culture dominating another weaker one. For example it is now argued that US influences how most young teenagers all over the world now act, dress and behave.

While information technology may have streamlined the business process it has also crated job redundancies, downsizing and outsourcing. IT has to be carefully manage so that the disadvantages do not overcome he advantages. People have to use Information the right way to make maximum use out of it.
